The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and have a strong background in front office and clinical medical assisting, particularly in health wellness settings Experience in delivering compassionate patient care, with professionalism and warmth
This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for healthcare and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
Minimum of two years
Certificate in Clinical Medical Assistant required -HIPAA Compliant
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
Insurance billing – client -facing invoicing POS transactions, package/service billing within the EMR system- basic understanding on medical pricing
Proficient in using EMR System Symplast-medical software
Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse patient populations
Capable of handling challenging situations and making sound decisions
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Help with light marketing tasks, such as newsletters or events promotions
Proficiency in medical administrative tasks and providing patient service
