The Rustik Fork, located in Riverside California.
We are currently looking to fill a busser and expo position as soon as possible.
Busser Duties:
- Serve guests, water upon their arrival, and attentively provide refills.
- Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Stock stations, polish glassware and silverware.
- Sweep and mop floors before and after service.
- Perform daily and weekly deep cleaning tasks.
- Put away / stock deliveries as they arrive.
- Assist with anything else that is needed.
Expo Duties:
- Communicate with kitchen as well as front of house
- Help kitchen coordinate tickets coming in and food leaving
- Ensure quality control
- Food running
- Keeping your station stocked and tidy
- Making back ups of condiments
Requirements:
-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Hold a current Riverside Food Handlers Card or Have the ability to receive one upon employment.
-Be able to provide proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card or Passport & Photo Id or Driver's License).
-1-2 years work experience.
-Exceptional time management skills.
-Self Motivated.
-Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
-Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
-Ability to stand or walk for 5 hours and lift at least 25#.
-Have reliable transportation.
-Must be able to work nights & weekends.
