Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour
As a Shakey’s Team Member, you play a key role in delivering a fun, welcoming, and satisfying experience for our guests. Team Members are trained in both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) responsibilities, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities within the restaurant. Whether you're interacting with guests or preparing food behind the scenes, your role is vital in ensuring every guest has a great Shakey’s experience.
FOH Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cashier - Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent hospitality.
- Food Runner - Serve food and drinks,
- Busser - monitor tables, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Game Room Attendant - Assist with game room operations, prize displays, and restroom cleanliness.
Perform opening and closing procedures, and support other stations as needed.
BOH Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cook -Prepare and cook food, ensuring proper food handling and kitchen sanitation.
- Buffet Attendant - Stock and maintain buffet lines and salad bars.
- Dishwasher - Wash dishes, clean the kitchen, and assist with food prep and storage.
- Dough Roller - Responsible for preparing fresh dough by rolling and shaping it to meet company standards, ensuring consistent quality for all pizza products.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, and support other stations as needed.
