The Smok’d Hog is Temecula’s award-winning BBQ restaurant, known for making everything from scratch — brisket, pulled pork, hot links, sauces, and sides. We’re a small, tight-knit crew with low turnover, and we’re looking to add a Line Cook to the team.
What we’re looking for:
Previous kitchen line experience (required)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well with a team in a busy kitchen
Weekend availability preferred (but not mandatory)

Starting pay at minimum wage + tips, averaging about $22/hour
