Looking for a line cook who can handle soul food
We need someone for our kitchen at Southern Twist in Barstow. We're busy most nights doing real soul food - scratch-made bbq chicken, mac and cheese, biscuits, etc.
ABOUT US: We've built a solid reputation with locals who know the difference between real food and frozen. Good volume, steady customers, and the kitchen crew actually gets along.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING:
- Work your station during service
- Prep work
- Keep your area clean and stocked
- Jump in and help when other stations get slammed
- Learn our recipes and keep everything consistent
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Restaurant cooking experience 2+ years (line cook, prep cook, etc)
- Can handle food rushes
- Works well with the team and helps out where needed
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Has a food handler's license
