20 Hours a week
Must be able to work weekend nights FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY
Starting at $22 an hour, can go up based on experience
Requirements
Experience and knowledge of intermediate cooking techniques and methods. Basic knife skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Can remain calm under high-pressure setting
Ability to multitask.
Strong communication ability with other staff members.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and standards of sanitation.
Primary Duties:
Responsible for food prep and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assisting the lead cook
Be efficient with time and multitasking. Being an effective team player is crucial in working with other kitchen staff.
Keep the area clean.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Stamina to work 6-hour shifts in a fast-paced kitchen.
