We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced culinary environment. The dishwasher's duties include washing all dishes from front of house and the kitchen, thoroughly, along with restocking them after they have been cleaned and you have double checked their cleanliness. You must be quick and efficient as well as hold the ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation. During your shift, you must be able to perform daily and weekly deep cleaning tasks while keeping up with dishes. The Dishwasher is also responsible for standard positional practices such as: taking out trash & recycling, sweeping & mopping their area, taking out linens at the end of the shift, cleaning floor traps & closing the dish area to the Chefs standards. We are a small restaurant and must have someone who will help the rest of the staff maintain organization, cleanliness and proper health code standards. We are a team and help one another out. During any down time, we will require you to assist with prep as well as unloading and putting away orders. AM and PM Positions available.
Requirements:
-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Hold a current Riverside Food Handlers Card or Have the ability to receive one upon employment.
-Be able to provide proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card or Passport & Photo Id or Driver's License).
-2 years work experience.
-Exceptional time management skills.
-Self Motivated.
-Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
-Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
-Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours and lift at least 25#.
-Have reliable transportation.
-Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
