Create and develop AUTOCAD Library for manufacturing; run detailed simulations, drawing, plans and models of a variety of products.
Communicate project and design details to the Sales Dept and other Internal Depts to assist when designing rack system layouts by creating accurate bill of materials in combination with engineers.
Count existing materials on our Jobsites; conduct onsite safety assessments; Take note of material that has been damaged.
Job walks, take measurements and create layouts.
Interpret and understand engineering and/or building plans, floorplans, and legal descriptions.
Perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy to calculate dimensions and loads.
Create drawings which will be used for Installations and construction documents in accordance with city guidelines
& professional etiquette.
On-site measuring of existing buildings, including hand sketching drawings creation of CAD drawings on-site.
Demonstrate speed, accuracy, and efficiency when operating AUTOCAD, optimal performance.
Ability to manage a wide range of duties in a timely, effective manner, including timely plan processing.
