I am seeking a Communication and Regulation Partner (CRP) for my daughter Lauren. She is 21 years old and has been underestimated for most of her life. Diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3, Lauren is mostly non-verbal. A few years ago, we discovered her hidden genius when we met a teacher who taught her to communicate by typing on a keyboard. She very much wants to get the education she was denied for all of those years. She is very strong in math and spelling. Ideal candidate will be intelligent, calm, and a natural teacher. I am only considering female candidates at this time. She currently has a full-time CRP, who is still learning the process so I am looking for someone who would like to work part time (20 hrs per week on average). The job will start at $25 per hour and go to $30 per hour once you are openly communicating with Lauren. Lauren is very sweet and always up for an adventure. Other qualities desired are consistency, dependability, and reliability. I look forward to hearing from you.
