Key Responsibilities:
Accurately manage daily order processing and ensure timely shipments; detail oriented is must.
Utilize order processing systems, shipping platforms, and carrier software (FedEx, UPS, DHL, ShipStation, etc.).
Create and manage listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, TikTok, etc
Conduct vendor research, pricing comparisons, and assist with basic purchasing tasks.
Support social media promotions is plus.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse order processing.
Familiarity with shipping platforms and major carrier software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ShipStation); Knowledge of international shipping, VAT, duty, custom clearance proedure
Experience in listing creation on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Basic knowledge of SEO, social media promotion, and vendor research is a plus.
