We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time attendants at the Japanese Traditional Game Booth (Outdoor) for our upcoming event. This role involves interacting with event guests, managing game operations, and ensuring a fun and engaging experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Game Booth: Set up the booth, explain game rules to customers, and assist them in playing the yo-yo fishing game.
Customer Interaction: Greet guests with a positive attitude, answer any questions, and engage with players to enhance their experience.
Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the booth area is clean, safe, and organized throughout the event, and assist with light clean-up after each shift.
Casher: Handle transactions on Square device or ticket redemptions accurately.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse group of guests.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle light physical activity (such as lifting yo-yos, game equipment, etc.).
- Prior experience in customer service or events is a plus but not required.
- Able to work on both days (9th and 10th Nov)
Schedule: 2 days
Saturday, 9th Nov & Sunday, 10th Nov: 11am - 5pm (6 hours per day)
