What We Offer:
Base hourly wage: $16.50 - $18.00 with incentive plan

Key Responsibilities:
Field inbound service calls and generate service appointments with customers via the internet or phone.
Provide excellent customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Identify opportunities to improve dealership performance.
Utilize various automotive management software and internet resources to closely track customer interest, manage inquiry contacts, and update customer files as necessary.

Qualifications:
Must be 19 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid California driver license
Driving record acceptable to our insurer
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Professional appearance and work ethic
Motivated self-starter
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, and staff
Bilingual a plus
