Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Front Desk Administrator to be the face and voice of our company. This individual will handle all incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, assist various teams throughout the day, and deliver top-tier customer service to our clients, vendors, and dealers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally and promptly.
Answer incoming calls, filter inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments or team members.
Provide excellent customer service and follow through on customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and dealers via phone, email, and in person.
Support various departments throughout the day with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
Handle general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, typing, and updating records.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
Stay up to date with internal procedures and company updates to accurately inform callers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
Strong typing and computer skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with the company.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
