We are hiring for Customer Service/Call Center Representatives.
Postion is in Chino, pay is $18.00.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER.
MUST SUBMIT RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION.
Job responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, live chat and email. Provide courteous, friendly and professional service for customers. Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions via internal software system. Collaborate with other customer service team members. Stay updated on new products. Perform addtional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience IN A CALL CENTER. Typing speed of 30 wpm. Pleasant phone manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
