As a Customer Service Representative you will act as a liaison, provide quote
information, answer questions, prioritize quotes, and resolve any customer needs with accuracy and
efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Creating Quotes and tracking them.
Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records of transactions and other documents.
Scheduling Equipment to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Providing customer support by answering phone calls and emails regarding order status,
tracking, quotes on products, and any other questions customers may have.
Quoting and providing pricing information to customers as needed.
Various other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and
individuals
Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality
High school diploma
