part time who will do daily operations such as:

- Data Entry;

- Invoicing. Billing;

Review Purchase orders and requisitions

- all logistics-related to inventory.

Create and track purchase orders to ensure delivery.

- following up with clients about payments.

- organizing ordering or tracking the orders.

- Filling.

The right candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess the following qualities:

- Fluent in English (a second language would be an advantage).

- Excellent interpersonal skill.

- Initiative.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS office, Internet, email).

- College education.

- Experience using QuickBooks would be an asset.
