Property Management company Seeking a professional, customer service oriented individual to manage 40+ apartments in Covina.

You will live onsite at our building and work out of your apartment - pet dogs are not allowed to come along.
- California Property Management experience REQUIRED. Minimum of 3 years - must be verifiable -
Some duties to include:
- Positive and professional interactions with all residents and clients
- Act in accordance with company policy & all property management laws
- Coordinate vendors whenever necessary
- Daily upkeep around the properties
- Equal & fair enforcement of all rules & regulations
- Execute all contracts by hand with residents
- Clear & effective communications with coworkers, vendors, residents and prospective residents
Qualifications:
- VERIFIABLE experience - within the last 5 years
- English - Spanish bilingual preferred
- Fair housing knowledge
- Willingness to act in accordance with all policies & fair housing laws
- Ability and willingness to accurately execute a large amount of paperwork
- Able to handle challenging situations in a calm & professional manner
Scheduled hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
