Looking for a couple with some experience in property management (accounting, contracts, compliance, etc) and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc) to help run our mobile home parks in the area. You would live in our park near Hemet, CA and work at that location most of the time, with occasional trips to our parks in Yucaipa, CA and Brawley, CA. Forty-hour work week Mon-Fri would be the norm, though emergencies can happen so your hours could vary a little.
Knowing both English and Spanish would be great!
Benefits would include a place to live on-site (rent and utilities covered) and pay will be based on experience level.
