SolCal Energy Solutions is adding a select number of new members to our Outside Marketing Team in our High Desert market. We work with county, state, and federal solar programs to help homeowners save 20-40% on their electric bills with zero money out of pocket.
Job responsibilties include speaking to homeowners in your territory that have average to above average power bills, obtaining their last 12 months of energy usage, and scheduling an appointment for one of our Energy Consultants to return and explain the homeowners options for lowering their utility bill with our free solar programs.
Selected individuals will go through our proprietary training process to ensure a successful and long lasting career with our company. We offer a clear path to quick promotion, solely based off of your work ethic and production.
This position pays a salary plus daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives.
