We are seeking a couple or small family for a resident manager position at a 8 unit lodge in Big Bear lake.
Small 2 bedroom cabin is provided for free. Utilities included.
Ideal candidate should be from Big bear or near by mountain community and should have some basic handyman skills. Hotel experience not required. This job requires a relocation to Big bear lake.
Duties includes
Renting rooms to guests
Addressing guest requests/questions.
Keeping the property tidy
Cleaning rooms ($8/room)
Laundry.
Light handyman work.
Light snow plow during winter.
Maintaining OTA listings and Airbnb listing
Adjusting rates
Marketing and improving scores.
