Currently available is a manager position of a 22-space mobile home park community.
The Park is a clean and peaceful community, centrally located in the City of Ontario California with no rental homes to contend with.
All applicants should possess basic office skills, proper phone etiquette with a customer service oriented attitude, good reading / writing skills, and an ability to work well with a variety of different people and personality types on a daily basis. All applicants will be expected to be able to perform basic day to day duties such as opening and closing of the laundry facility, basic housekeeping of the laundry (sweep / wipe down small laundry room on a regular basis), listening and documenting tenant complaints and concerns with understanding and fairness to all, collecting rent, answering phone calls, and passing out notices and rent statements.
Please note that the Park will provide as part of employment a 2 bedroom / 1 bath home, utilities, and a small salary to the selected applicant.
