What You Will Do:

Learn comprehensive customer service and management duties.

Assist in daily operations and strive for improved productivity.

Supervise and support various team members, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Engage in customer satisfaction analysis and improvement strategies.

Ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards.

Contribute to sales reports and strategic planning for enhanced operations and sales.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Leadership potential with effective communication skills.

Sales and customer service experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
