Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, Human Resources, and Contractor Billing, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning. Knowledge of construction billing platforms such as Textura, GC Pay, and Procore is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Oversee Payroll processing and related HR functions
Handle Recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration
Manage contractor billing using Textura, GC Pay, and Procore
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks software
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
∆ Proven experience in office management, accounting, or administrative roles
∆ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and construction billing platforms such as Textura, GC Pay, and Procore
∆ Familiarity with HR processes and payroll administration
∆ Excellent organizational and communication skills
∆ Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
∆ Construction industry experience preferred but not required
