Position: Full-Time Accountant
Join our team as an experienced Accountant dedicated to upholding financial integrity and compliance. You'll play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations with precision and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, in-house position
Salary: $60,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and meticulously review financial statements and reports.
Conduct thorough reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Analyze financial data and deliver insightful reports to the Controller.
Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in external audits and facilitate tax filings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience of 5+ years.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Sage ERP 100.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, V & X Lookups, and If/Then Statements.
Strong analytical prowess to interpret financial data accurately.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines reliably.
