We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Representative. As a Financial Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and promoting financial products and services. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial guidance and solutions
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products
- Educate clients on various financial services, including retirement, investment options, and insurance policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in basic math calculations
- Previous experience in customer service or financial services is preferred
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet self set sales target (No Monthly Quotas) , Each individual is responsible for their own monthly goals and target, We hold you accountable and help you reach those goals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Obtaining a State License is required. Any experience in Sales and Customer Service is a plus. This position is part time flexible for those who has a Full Time job and like to keep it. All Compensation are paid on individual contract levels and personal or agency performance.

Full Time: $50,000-$200,000+ per year
Our Broker's Earning are well in multi six figures. You can become a Broker by qualifying for our Broker Program.
