Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Background check and drug test required.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Manage vendor communications and payment discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks.
Maintain organized vendor files and handle office supply orders.
Perform data entry and support insurance balancing as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar role required.
Proficiency in Foundation software preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
