Job responsibilities:Responsible for providing support and maintenance on center servers, routers, switches, and software in compliance with government and management directives.Essential Functions:
Maintain proficiency with different software applications, assist staff with software-related products, and utilize various software applications to help manage common tasks.
Maintain current users and t end connections to center networks, monitor, maintain and resolve problems with all related hardware and software.
Perform hardware maintenance and repair for all network and non-network personal computers, printers, and terminals.
Ensure backup tapes of network programs and data files remain current.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates degree in computer science or information technology
Three (3) years experience. Directly related training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.
Must have working knowledge of network administration tasks using Microsoft server.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Valid drivers license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
