Solar Sales Associate Position:
As a Solar Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in connecting with local homeowners to promote the benefits of solar energy. Your primary responsibility is to schedule appointments for our Solar Experts, contributing to the growth of our solar solutions while fostering meaningful connections with potential customers. This position not only allows you to make a positive impact on the environment but also offers financial security through reduced, fixed monthly power bills
Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Engage with local homeowners to schedule appointments for Solar Experts, ensuring a steady flow of consultations.
Customer Assessment: Assess potential customers' needs and interests, providing valuable insights to assist Solar Experts during consultations.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful connections with homeowners, building trust and rapport to enhance the overall customer experience.
Environmental Advocacy: Communicate the environmental benefits of solar energy and contribute to raising awareness about sustainable energy solutions.
Training and Support:
Comprehensive Training: Receive extensive training both in the field and classroom, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Ongoing Sales Support: Benefit from continuous support to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
Pay:
Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $1500 - $3000)
Volume bonuses are available
Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed (100k-150k 1st year expected income)
