- Ensure alignment of HAEA IT resources and especially the IWA IT Service Delivery Team with IWA business objectives and needs.
- Lead application of technology to effectively enable IWA business success
- Lead, manage and develop the IWA IT Service Delivery team
- Prepare annual IT budget and business action plans and monitor execution
- Prioritize, assign and monitor project and operational activities
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in delivering IT Services
- Ensure that resources are available for client support and projects including employees, contractors and partners
- Maintain a resource plan to support IWA IT current and future needs
- Interfaces with users, troubleshoots problems and provides appropriate solutions
- Create and maintain technology infrastructure standards, develop policy and procedure
- Work closely with HAEA management team to effectively resolve issues
- Carry out the executive summary and procurement process for acquisition of new equipment, software and lease refreshes. Review contracts, get quotes, understand price and terms, develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Oversee day to day operations and establish priorities for all team members
- Act as technical lead and/or project manager on projects of small to moderate scope
- Formulate, forecast, and monitor the budget utilization throughout the year.
- Interact with clients and resolve service issues based on support tickets
- Respond to and complete service requests
- Manage and support IWA applications and systems (500 Apple laptops, 25 Windows, Printers, storage, network, VPN, Office 365, Advantage application (Advertising Agency management software), SharePoint, etc.).
- Supervise and support all approved software applications
- Responsible to keep computer systems updated with latest operating system and application patches
- Assist coordination of adds/moves and changes
- Bachelor’s Degree, IT Management or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years’ experience in related IT management position and working in a corporate environment supporting 500+ users
- IT management experience at an Advertising or Marketing Agency strongly preferred
- Advanced skills in:
- Excellent technical knowledge of network and computer hardware, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues, hard drive errors, network drive and printer mapping.
- Ability to review, evaluate and recommend new technologies
- Bilingual (English / Korean) preferred
