Assists with oversight of the call center staff. Answers inquiry from all persons with regards to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the coordination and disposition of patients presenting psychiatric symptoms from OC Prime Healthcare EDs including assessments and transfers.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Current CA RN License2. Current BLS3. Current BVP within 6 months of hire4. 2 years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred5. Current LPS Designation Certificate.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $43.08 to $57.91.
