We have a regular, full-time position available as a Digital Online Banking Analyst based in McKinleyville. This position is responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives related to Online and Mobile Banking and other digital products. This dynamic, innovative individual works effectively as part of a team to monitor processes and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency and training practices. Fosters a productive relationship with primary vendors, including securing of updates and clear communication with credit union teams. Acts as the key resource to employees for identifying and resolving issues as well as security and compliance components. Works effectively with credit union leaders to maximize technology to ensure digital products are meeting current and future member needs.
