We are looking for a part time RENTAL OFFICE MANAGER for 3 small properties.
Responsibilities:
Collecting & depositing rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners. With added pursuit of delinquent accounts.
Reporting the property’s status, occupancy and expiring leases to Corporate Office
Reviewing applications of potential tenants, and assessing their applications in accordance with current park requirements
Organizing showings of vacant properties
Work with maintenance personnel to Inspect properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
Overall dispute management between tenants
Work with maintenance personnel to resolve the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
Efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution
Maintain a line of communication with the Corporate Office
Candidate requirements:
Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants
Good verbal communication
Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed
Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
Computer skills, including, but not limited to typing, scanning, emailing and internet searching
Software experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Rent Manager Software experience a plus.
Be available for virtual/ remote training when scheduled
Valid Driver’s License
Applicants must pass a background check
Part Time- 9:00 am- 1:00 pm M-F
