PT Secretary needed immediately by Small business executive, current builder, architect, developer, mason, artist, photographer and entrepreneur, ETC. The duties are potentially VERY varied for this PT secretary, personal assistant, administrator, purchaser, companion, ETC for numerous diverse inside and outside jobs including, without limitation: miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as filing, keeping track of paperwork deadlines, Email (in and out) and credit card payments; managing Facebook, Zoosk, Silver Singles, Mingle2 and similar dating applications; taking notes on, organizing, filing, logging-in and recalling phone calls; Placing, updating and improving various Craig's List ads like THIS; teaching owner how to properly use, maintain, buy minutes for, TEXT or “fix” his cell phone; general clean-up and organizing, the massive spaces inside and grounds outside; some bookkeeping, tax records, etc possible; Some purchasing, management , especially if YOU have advanced web-site skills and capabilities , including design and web-development; management of internet social media and possible personnel recruitment.
Also, you could perhaps assist me in selling thousands of items (on commission), including burls and uniquely colorful layered, photographic art; plus other somewhat related or totally unrelated work activities may be considered by you (if INTERESTED, competent or talented), including: purchasing Gothic ornament modeling accessories, pruning bushes, painting, model building, ornament molding, de-molding or dangerous molded item installation high up a ladder, cement mixing and stone selection, squaring-up and distribution of ashlar masonry, general clean-up or enhancing the health and well-being of owner, etc., during dead time.
Ideally, you are also a smart, energetic, "quick" sophisticated social sites specialist that can put “me”meaningfully or lucratively on Facebook, Instagram, Ello, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, What's App, Reddit, Twitter, metaverse and/or other pertinent social media marketing platforms etc. in order to meet relevant people and sell millions of dollars of several major products, including the employer’s 100,000+ colorful, unique abstract fantastic photo art, often with models in foreground (perhaps YOU?), and many kinds of Burl-wood made merchandise, finished and unfinished.
Experience with some of the above areas is useful, but not necessarily required for a young, educated, very smart intelligent, nerdy, quick employee or talented precocious trainee. Good, reliable transportation to Walnut, Elk River Road and specifically WESTGATE DR. in Cutten, in South Eureka, is required. Compensation may be about $30/hour, but is negotiable at the interview, and could range from $20-$50 per hour for most presently anticipated jobs, depending on your intellect, skills, ACTUAL INTERESTS or "lack thereof", speed, experience, the exact duties you have promised to perform, plus the location thereof, plus many other subjective intangibles, we can discuss in person or over phone.
