The Northcoast Regional Land Trust (NRLT) is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Project Manager focused on land conservation in northwestern California. The Project Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and completion of complex land conservation, acquisition, and restoration projects. Specific duties include overseeing a significant coastal aquatic habitat restoration project alongside other construction and restoration projects, preparing grant applications and environmental reports, negotiating and drafting conservation easement terms, commissioning and overseeing the preparation of independent appraisals and other technical reports, and assessing the conservation merits of prospective projects.

Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay Range: $26-$34 per hour, depending on experience.
