RCAA is hiring for multiple Case Worker I and II's for various Adult and Family Services Division Programs. Case Workers will provide crisis intervention, case management services, client advocacy, life skills education, information and referral services to the program clients. The Case Worker will also assess client needs; implement and monitor appropriate strategies to meet identified needs; maintain case notes and reports as required; provide community outreach and liaison with other local service providers; initiate or assist in community development activities to increase the availability of services to clients. These tasks may vary depending upon the program.
