Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Shipping and Fulfillment Lead. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our chocolate to our customers around the world.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, and storing inventory.
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are packed securely and shipped on time.
Generate shipping labels and documentation, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
Work closely with the sales team to prioritize orders and coordinate shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
Collaborate with the production team to coordinate fulfillment activities and ensure sufficient stock levels to meet demand.
Handle invoicing and for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Transport deliveries to local wholesale accounts from Eureka to Trinidad once weekly.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse management, shipping, or fulfillment roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory mgmt
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using shipping software and tools to generate labels and track orders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
