PT Secretary, artist's, Social Media and administrative assistant

PT Secretary, artist's and/or social media specialist-assistant needed for miscellaneous evening work here, we train as needed.

Retired small business executive, builder, architect, developer, prolific Gothic artist, mold maker, installer, photographer, entrepreneur, abstract photo-based photoshop artist, and former major local employer of 2000 men overall, etc, now needs PT secretary, personal and/or ARTISTIC assistant, administrator, local purchaser (Costco, Pierson's, Walmart, etc), general worker, cleaner, WOOD finisher, shipping packer, ETC for numerous diverse jobs including, without limitation: Miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as filing, keeping track of paperwork deadlines, credit card payments, bills and receivables; managing Facebook and/or similar related singles or "sugar" dating applications, taking notes on, organizing, logging-in and recalling phone calls; organizing and managing thousands of TOOLS and supplies; teaching owner how to properly use, maintain, buy minutes for, learn to "Text" or “fix” and AC TUALLY USE his mysterious, unfathomable TRAC cell phone; and for general clean-up, finishing and organizing massive valuable inventories, and debr is BOTH inside, 13,000 ft2 and outside, 6 acres.

Other possible duties include: Some Amazon or local purchasing, management of internet social media, "NextDoor", a few current personnel; Perhaps assist owner in selling thousands of items, IF HIGHLY experienced and proficient at SELLING, including very VALUABLE burls and 100,000 photographic art images; plus possible other somewhat related activities (IF interested, skilled or strongly motivated to LEARN the 200+ specialties which COULD be learned here quickly if desired, including: Sophisticated artistic Purchasing, Polyurethane or latex MOLD MAKING (demolding, casting; installations), pruning bushes, painting, Gothic ornament and railing design; model building (or ASSISTING), ornament molding, de-molding or installation, etc., during dead time, among other jobs.

Ideally, you are also a smart (like a BRILLIANT superior intellect"nerdy & sophisticated social sites specialist that can put "the owner" PROPERLY on Facebook, Instagram, Ello, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, What's App, Reddit, Twitter and/or other social media marketing platforms etc. in order to meet said OWNER"S specific changing GOALS, other useful relevant, TO HIM only, people; and, also partially to sell millions of dollars of several major products, [NOT priority one now, however] including the employer’s 100,000+ colorful, unique abstract fantastic photo art, and many kinds of Burl-wood made merchandise, finished and unfinished. The basic 13,000 ft2 facilities THEMSELVES are now for sale at a VERY high price, so sophisticated, hIGHEST-end possible RE sales experience will NOT hurt!

Experience with some of the above areas is useful, but not necessarily required for a youthful or energetic, educated, very intelligent, exciting, appealing, convincing, quick learning employee or educated/talented precocious trainee. Under 25 is NOT an advantage, but may not be utterly disqualifying, in every case, after discussions

Good, reliable transportation to Walnut, Elk River Road (WESTGATE DR.) areas of Cutten, in South Eureka, is required. Compensation about $17-30/hour to start, perhaps commensurate with what you provably MAKE now, but is negotiable at the interview, and could range from $17-$50 per hour to START for the most demanding tasks, depending on your intellect, skills, speed, PERSONAL INTERESTS, experience, overall VALUE to the owner, and mostly WHAT exact duties (or BENEFITS) you are performing, plus the location thereof, plus other intangibles.
