Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have competencies in plumbing, painting, light electrical work, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner.
Order and replace broken parts or equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, contracting, handyman, or related fields, with strong preference given to candidates with hotel maintenance experience.
Proficient in the use of hand-held tools and equipment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability to handle a physically demanding workload.
