Executing a range of home maintenance tasks with comprehensive technical and mechanical expertise, such as:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Light electrical work
Power washing
Painting
You will occasionally work alongside a team on renovation projects, while at other times, you may take on tasks independently. It is crucial to follow the company's guidelines and procedures.
Actively recognize client maintenance concerns and relay them to your supervisor.
Ensure open communication with all team members and clients.
Qualifications for the handyman technician role include:
A minimum of three years of experience in maintenance or related fields.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. The ideal candidate should also have experience in tiling, hardwood flooring installation, and/or painting, with preference given to those who specialize in one or more areas.
You need to have your own essential tools and successfully complete a background check.
Fluent in English.
A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Starting Pay 25.00 per hour
