We are seeking for a qualified individual who is skilled and experienced in commercial fence building to join our team! As a Fence Builder, you will play a pivotal role in being a general foreman in our commercial fence projects throughout northern California.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be able to interact with customers, general contractors, and inspectors
- Be able to install and manage wood, chain link, high security chain link, welded ornamental and ornamental fences.
- Be able to train others
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all installations.
- Be able to collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to travel out of town for projects on a regular basis.
- Proficient in welding wrought iron fences and gates.
- Proven experience in commercial fencing for a minimum of +4 years.
- Proficient in fencing principles and techniques.
- Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
