Successful applicant will become part of our crew working to provide fresh, organic produce to northern California.
Field labor is needed in Willow Creek. Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to work outside in any weather. Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently is required.
Work will include harvesting, packing and moving boxes of produce, and other tasks around the farm.
References are required. Prior farm experience is preferred, but a good attitude and a willingness to learn is great too.
