Full Time Medical Biller Position - Scotia, CA
We are a healthcare provider looking for a full-time Medical Biller to start immediately. The right candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and have a great attitude. We are a small team and we need people who have the drive to help us succeed and grow. This is a FAST-paced industry and self-direction is critical. We need someone who can "hit the ground running".

You will be trained in our processes and procedures but we have full expectation that you will be able to perform the items specified here and also in your resume. Job requirements:
Daily claims submission and payment posting
Contacting insurance co. regarding status of claims or discrepancies in claims
Knowledge of CPT and ICD 10
Interpreting EOBs
Contacting patients regarding overdue payments
Maintaining collection and aging reports
Working insurance appeals and denials
Experience in insurance verification a plus
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Front desk fill in when needed
Excellent computer skills a must
Medical background a plus.
