State Compensation Insurance Fund Eureka’s State Contracts office has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Analyst. This role offers a unique blend of independence and collaboration, allowing you to work alongside a team of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals.
In this role, you will:
Perform general office administrative duties
Run/analyze/create various program reports
Input data to support our claims department initiatives/metrics/projects
Set up/schedule meetings and interviews
Order supplies for the office, meetings, presentations, etc.
Update rosters/budgets/expense tracking
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Claims Vice President and the Leadership Team, fostering professional growth and development within an inclusive and supportive work environment.
This position can be filled in Humboldt or Shasta county.
Desirable Qualifications:
The selected candidate will have the following skills and abilities:
Ability to work independently with minimum direction and supervision
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Microstrategy and the Microsoft suite of software
Experience with Teams, Hyperion budgets, expense reports and scheduling & ordering is a plus
Positive attitude and highly motivated
A focus on customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills

SALARY: $5,684 - $7,329 per month depending on experience.
