As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity in our ramen and other Japanese dishes. Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Oversee and help manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and standards.
Help Maintain inventory
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
Step in for the Head Chef when necessary, managing the kitchen independently.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong culinary background with experience in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
