The College of the Redwoods Dining Services operates two fast-paced kitchens serving a vibrant and diverse community. As a Cook, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food, contributing to the overall dining experience of students, staff, and faculty. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality and satisfaction of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-Ensure food is prepared and served according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
-Prior kitchen experience preferred.
-General knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is required.
-Understanding and adherence to safety and sanitation practices.
