The Temporary Human Resource Assistant assists with or performs duties at the professional clerical level in some or all of the following functional core areas of the HR Department: filing, data entry, physical & digital personnel file maintenance, recruitment assistance, auditing/reconciling invoices, basic payroll tasks, reporting, employee engagement, document distribution & collection, Human Resource Information System upkeep. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented person who can relate to and communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization. The Temporary HR Assistant must be sensitive to compliance needs, employee goodwill and the needs of the business.
