The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store to meet objectives for customer service and store standards. Directs and supervises all Front-End employees, setting standards for service and performance, providing training and professional development. Responsible for ensuring an optimal customer experience by seeing that standards for customer service, cleanliness, and sales floor presentation are being met, implementing strategies to improve the customer experience.
