We have one position for Center Manager with our PACE program, working at our Fortuna Center. Our Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Redwood Coast PACE Day Center including management, staffing, budgeting, and compliance responsibilities. Oversees the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and services provided and/or coordinated through the program’s Day Center. Bachelor’s degree in social work, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field required. Five (5) years of experience in health care or social services with at least two (2) years supervisory experience required. Minimum one (1) year working with a frail or elderly population preferred. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and personal auto liability insurance required. Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition and insured for State minimum liability requirements that can be used for the applicable job functions. Current CPR and First Aid certification within six (6) months of hire.
The Redwood Coast PACE program — a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly — is a comprehensive health plan for eligible older adults who wish to remain living in their home and community. We provide medical, social, nutritional, rehabilitation, and support services for frail adults. Our opening is for one (1) full-time Center Manager, working day shifts, Monday-Friday.
