We have an excellent, unique opening as a full-time Manager, Member Services (Branch Manager) in Hoopa. This senior-level position will be a proactive, engaging leader who hires, trains, coaches and supports their team of four employees. Fosters positive relationships with members and organizations while creating an environment of outstanding quality service. Responsible for tracking and achieving goals, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and reviews and approves consumer loan applications. Represents Coast Central at community events and prioritizes the importance of volunteerism. Advanced communication skills, ability to supervise and work well with those throughout the credit union, and strong operational skills required. Two years’ experience at financial institutions needed. Salary is $77,896 – $123,328 annually.
