We have a regular, full-time position in our phone Support Center in McKinleyville. Our Member Support Center team is has a vast amount of knowledge about CCCU products and services and is a key channel for our relationship with members. Under limited supervision, reps provide assistance by phone, including answering questions, processing transactions, cross-servicing products, and more. Also perform clerical functions, and assignments are rotated periodically. Detailed training provided. Knowledge of credit union services is preferred, and positivity, patience, and professionalism in interacting with members required. Spanish speaker preferred.
